I’m the founder of On Mission Group. For the past 15 years, I’ve served in a variety of leadership roles across nonprofits and businesses, and along the way I discovered what really fuels me: helping people, leaders, and teams live with clarity and purpose.

I’m passionate about guiding teams to work cohesively and strategically toward a shared cause, and I love seeing leaders and organizations step into radical vision and pursue it with courage. I believe life is a classroom, that vision is contagious, and that strategic action is what brings it all to life.

Today, through On Mission Group, I help leaders and teams unlock clarity, activate strategy, and align around what matters most. As a certified Working Genius Coach, I equip people with practical tools to better understand themselves and their teams so they can thrive together.

When I’m not coaching or working with teams, you’ll most likely find me with my family—hiking through a national park, soaking up the beauty of rural life, or doing the kinds of things any guy enjoys: woodworking, cutting firewood, or enjoying deep conversations around a campfire. Those moments ground me and remind me what all of this work is really about.
